Yesterdays sermon mentioned about leadership, about how one man makes the decisions, how he has the power, and its actually God's way. There were comparisons to Moses, Hitler.
In today's world, everybody seems to want to have a say. That's why we have three different styles of leadership. I can't really remember, but I think they are:
- Dictatorship (I give orders you follow)
- lassei fairz (Ask for opinion and take the one all agree on)
- ? (Ask for opinion but I choose the one I think is best)
Or maybe they do make sense together. Say a community leads, a lot of people with the equal say and power will try to have their opinion be the selected one, but there will likely be conflicting interests, which will become a problem.
It's particularly interesting since I'm now in the army and this applies a lot.
Also to be a leader, one must be proficient and up to standard. Only then can the people under him/her function well.
And to become a good leader, we have to draw upon God's wisdom and strength.
I was thinking, how those non-Christians can do so well out there with their own effort, that I didn't want to depend on God. But then I found this answer: Why compete low level with those people? Draw from God and compete at high level!
Yes off to urban ops now wooo.

Typing out my written thoughts wholesale seem to make for a very broken read. I guess its because I'm writing in a write as you think style, making all the points all over the place. Any readers think its interesting or a problem? For me I think you can try to guess my thought pattern from there, which should be fun, lol.
More detail on the different subjects in coming posts.
